Happy Rainy Thursday!
I have had several people ask me where we got Gracie, so I wanted to give you all the info. The breeders are family friends of ours and their names are Ronnie and Saundra Stringfellow. They live in Holdenville, Oklahoma, and can ship the puppies pretty much anywhere in the U.S., or you can pick them up from them. Holdenville is near where my Grandma Huff lives and it's about 3 1/2 hours from Fort Worth.
I spoke with Ronnie yesterday and he said that they have a new litter of Morkies (Maltese/Yorkie mix), like Gracie, and that 3 of them have the soft, curly, Maltese hair, like Gracie. I'm not sure on the coloring or the size, but he said if you were interested, they could e-mail photos to you. These puppies are not ready to go to a new home yet, but you can go ahead and call if you are interested. He said the price on them is around $500. Here are their phone numbers to call:
(405) 379-2663 home
(405) 380-6773 Saundra's cell phone
I have to run now. I'm trying to clean my house for my Scentsy party tonight. I'm doing my best, but as my Grandma says, "If you're comin' to see my dust, you'll have a lot to see" - ROFL!!!

In addition to all of this, you will also receive a box to store your beautiful decorations so they can be put away safely and used again in years to come. Space is limited, so be sure to call and reserve your place today.
Trees can be purchased separately for only $20 at the Scrapper’s Boutique!

Scissors
Craft knife
Paper piercer
Pencil and eraser
Sanding block
Scor-pal (If you have one – there will be one for class use also.)
You might want to bring an apron and some baby wipes with you because some of this class can be messy, but it sure is fun!
I am planning the February Crazy Daisies Class and Junior Scrappers Classes now. Be sure to mark your calendars for Feb 13th or Feb 16th. In the Crazy Daisies Class, we will be learning to make Gerber Daisies.
On a personal note, I would like to thank you for the sweet comments on my last couple of posts. It is so nice to read them. I also want to point out the "followers" section on the left side of my blog. If you would like to receive an e-mail notification when I post something new, you can sign up there and then you will be sure to be in on all my latest class info, etc. :)
I can't end my post without giving you the latest info about our new little puppy, Gracie. She is growing and going through those silly and trying puppy stages. She is chewing on everything and I think she has her days and nights mixed up. She has been keeping us all up the past few nights - hehe. Kaylee made the comment "Goodness, this is like having a baby". I just had to laugh. I think we're going to try to take her for her first full grooming very soon. I'll be sure to post pictures.
Have a wonderful rest of the week!

Paula

Our New Year's Gracie
We just got back from a fabulous trip to Kansas and Oklahoma to visit my family and we had a great time!! We saw a LOT of snow and had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. In fact, on New Year's Eve, Kaylee got to ring in the new year with a new puppy of her own . . . Gracie!! She has just lit up the house with her adorable personality and super sweet face. I just hope our other 2 furry babies will like her also. Miss Joni was so great to take care of them while we were gone and I'm going to pick them up a little later to introduce them to the new puppy. Here's hoping it all goes well - hehe. Well, without further adiou, here's a photo of Kaylee's new baby.
She's a whopping 1 1/2 pounds right now at 13 weeks old. They said they expect her to be around 5 or 6 pounds full grown. But that could vary a bit.
Well, I have to run now. I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and are off to a fabulous New Year!!!
~til next time,
Paula
