Crazy Daisies Class This Saturday!!

I can't believe it's already the 2nd Saturday of the month.  This means it's time for the Take a Break Crop on Friday night that Kaylee and I look very forward to.  Kaylee will get to bring Gracie to meet everyone and Kaylee is so excited that she can't hardly stand it - hehe.  It's also time for the Junior Scrapper's Club and Crazy Daisies Classes.  I'm very excited to be teaching the Gerber Daisy for this month's flower.  I love these flowers and I think this project will look cute no matter where you choose to hang it.

The Crazy Daisies Class Info:
Saturday, February 13th from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM  *OR*
Tuesday, February 16th from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Cost - ONLY $16.00 - YAY!!

Supplies each person needs to bring to class are:
Dry embossing tools or the Punch Bunch tool kit if you have one
Tweezers
Mousepad
Scissors
Quick dry liquid glue
Paper piercing tool
Tape runn or favorite adhesive
1/4" wide Tacky Tape/Red line tape - we will need about 20" in length
Diamond Glaze/Glossy Accents or similar
Small Xyron (if you have one)

The punches we will be using are ones that some of you may already have from prior classes. The daisy punches were from the first class where we made the Mums on the canvas. The oak leaf punch was from the Thanksgiving blocks class. The small sun punch was used to make the poinsettia in the metal frame class. The only punch we have not used before is the Medium Sun. I am giving you the entire list of the ones we will use for this class and if there are any you need to purchase, they will be 20% off through the day of your class.

Super Giant Daisy 27/Daisy $16.40
Large Daisy 4/Daisy $10.40
Large Oak Leaf 4/Oak Leaf $10.40
Medium Daisy 2/Daisy $ 7.50
Medium Sun 2/Sun $ 7.50
Small Sun 1/Sun $ 5.50
(prices listed above are full retail price)

If you do not have any of these punches and can not purchase them all right now, I will break down for you which ones are used for which things.

The large Gerber Daisy uses the Super Giant Daisy, Large Daisy, Medium and Small Suns.
The smaller Gerber Daisy uses the Large Daisy, Medium Daisy, and Small Sun.
The Oak leaf is used for leaves for both.

Please contact Cherie at the shop at 817-503-0777 to sign up for the class and/or place your punch order.

The Junior Scrapper's Club will meet on Saturday, February 13th from 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM.
Cost $20
We will be making two 2 page layouts.  One will be about your 10 favorite things for 2010.  The other will be a friends layout.  I will try to post photos if I can before the class.  :)

I have to add a few funny puppy photos here.  These will give you an idea of the size difference in our dogs - hehe.  Zeus is so hilarious.  He has his own doggie pillow that he loves - but he can't stand that there's a doggie bed that's not for him - so he tries to crawl in - even though he doesn't hardly fit - rofl!!

I hope to get to see you this weekend!  Stay safe and warm!
~til next time,
Paula
